Please read these terms before booking a job with us. They explain how quotes, visits and payment work.

1. About us
Easy Green Garden Services ("we", "us", "our") provides garden maintenance and landscaping services, including lawn mowing, hedge trimming, garden clearances, pressure washing and related work. These terms apply whenever you book a one-off job or ongoing maintenance visits with us.
2. Quotes and pricing
Quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation, based on the information and access you give us. Prices may be adjusted if the scope of work changes once we're on site — for example, if a garden is significantly overgrown compared with what was described, or additional waste removal is needed. We'll always discuss this with you before carrying out any extra work.
3. Bookings and access
Please make sure we have safe, clear access to the areas that need work, and that pets are kept secure during the visit. If we're unable to gain access on the agreed date, we may need to rearrange the visit, and a re-visit charge may apply in some cases.
4. Weather and rescheduling
Some jobs — particularly lawn care and pressure washing — depend on suitable weather. If conditions on the day make it unsafe or impractical to work, we'll contact you to rearrange for the next available slot at no extra cost.
5. Payment
Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and cash. For ongoing maintenance schedules, payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.
6. Cancellations
We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange a visit. Regular maintenance customers can pause or cancel their schedule at any time by getting in touch with us.
7. Liability
We take care to protect your property while working, and carry out all work to a professional standard. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, or for issues arising from information withheld at the time of quoting (for example, hidden hazards, buried services or unstable structures not disclosed to us).

9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to how we operate. The latest version will always be available on this page.
