Do I need to be home during the visit?
No — as long as we have safe, clear access to the areas that need work and any pets are kept secure, we can get on with the job without you needing to be there.
What happens if it rains on the day?
Some jobs — lawn care and pressure washing especially — depend on suitable weather. If conditions on the day make it unsafe or impractical to work, we'll contact you to rearrange for the next available slot at no extra cost.
How does payment work?
Payment is due on completion of the work unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. We accept bank transfer and cash. For ongoing maintenance schedules, we'll confirm payment terms with you at the time of booking.
How are quotes worked out?
Quotes are free and no-obligation, based on the information and access you give us. If the scope of work turns out to be different once we're on site — for example, a garden that's more overgrown than described — we'll always discuss and agree any change with you before doing extra work.
Can I cancel or reschedule a visit?
Yes — just give us as much notice as you can. If you're on a regular maintenance schedule, you can pause or cancel it at any time by getting in touch.
Where are you based? Do you have a shop or office address?
We're a mobile garden service covering the whole of Surrey, so we don't have a public shop or office address. Get in touch by phone, WhatsApp or email and we're happy to answer any questions about coverage in your area.
